"trouble connecting with eBay; try bidding manually" This has been going on for too long now. Compupower do not acknowledge messages so it looks like that after quite a few successful years of supplying a good service, they have now done a runner and taken our money. I do suggest that you cancell any direct debits, credit card paymants or paypal recurring paymnets as they will take the money even during this outage (ask me how I know). It is time to find another sniper.
I have been getting the same message as Heidi for several weeks now. ie: Our system is currently experiencing some problem connection to Ebay, we suggest you bid manually etc....". What's the point of paying to use Powersnipe" if one has to bid manually. I will be looking for an alternative I think.
For weeks they have a message "Our system is currently experiencing some problem connecting to eBay. We suggest that you bid manually on auctions while we are trying to fix the error. We apologize for the inconvenience." no response to support request.
