FWIW ... I just spoke to the doctor's office I need to make a payment to and was told the paymydoctor.com site has been down since February.

Website will not load. Doctor is going to repossess my health if I don’t pay my bill. Cannot connect to paymydoctor.com. Tried opening paymydoctor.com but the site is not working and appears offline for several months. Reading the comments, it's down for everyone. How did it ever get a 1.2 stars out of 5? Maybe some people do not want to pay their bill.

It's been down for more than 2 weeks now I think and it's frustrating! Of course that happens right when I get a giant bill from the hospital too... I read told I could make my payment over the phone but I work during the day. I'm not going to read my card number out loud and announce my business in front of my coworkers. The website will not load regardless of what device or browser I use.

I haven't been able to access it for almost 2 weeks! It keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet, when I am using the internet. I also changed my firewall rules and still didn't work. How am I supposed to pay my bill?

Every single time in the past year that I have attempted to make a payment through this website, I got all the way through entering my info and clicked the tab to pay and it literally has never worked. Not once.

I am not able to get to the the 3rd step after entering by payment information. I added a card my wallet and tried using site that way and still cannot getbthe 3rd step Stuck on 2

I get into the site and enter my information (straight off my bill). I'm trying not to login, but to do the easy pay. It says my information is wrong and won't let me continue towards paying my bill. I guess they don't want to be paid? This site is terrible to use! I'd rather pay my clinic's billing department directly.

Unable to process a payment using either Firefox or Chrome browser, both of which they say they are compatible with. I have contacted the doctor's billing office, but they don't have a solution.

This my second attempt using this site to pay a medical bill. The first was a couple of months ago. I gave up and mailed a check. I've now tried to pay a bill for a different provider, and again find it never goes to the payment processing page. I set up an account okay, can see the current statement, but cant get to a web page to actually make payment. I'm going to sit on payment until this is fixed. I'll call the medical office in another week, assuming it still doesn't work. I'm going to be stubborn on this one.

I had the website email me my username and reset my password. Using the credentials provided in the emails from paymydoctor.com, I went to log in but it would not accept and log in using the very username and password it told me to use. I am unable to pay the bill that came in the mail. I am very glad I transferred practices just to get away from these broken FollowMyHealth and PayMyDoctor.com services. The providers I was seeing were great and It's unfortunate that they are stuck using these horrible services.

My account does not show balance due or balance paid. I've called twice and I was told it's working fine. I tell them I cannot see the bills so how am I suppose to pay them when they come due. Response was, "Figure it out."

I put in all my information. Moved on and it just spun and spun and never did anything. I don't know if it paid my bill or not. I'll have to call the dr. on Monday.

Agree with below-- once you progress to 'payments.ixt.com.' the site frequently just spins and spins-- sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't-- along with the warnning 'Don't hit 'Back' Button'- It's a beyond frustrating experience that occurs EVERY time.

Trying to pay bill. The main "paymydoctor.com" site works but when you get to the final payment review step it fails when trying to hit payments.ixt.com. Crappy sketchy website with no links for help or contacts. Typical medical system absolute garbage.

Has not worked in several weeks, tried 6 plus times over the last 4 weeks to pay a bill and it simply does not work. today, I cannot even log in.
