I had no problem watching the streaming of the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia early this morning, however now that I'm trying to view the stored video replay on motogp, it's not loading. I'm getting the little circle in the middle of the screen showing the buffering and I'm looking at big pixels and low refresh rate. Every other streaming site is fine (netflix, amazon, youtube, etc..). I'm on fast fiber optic connection so this doesn't typically happen when watching motogp. It's only today's race that is messed up. I can watch Qatar's race from 2 weeks ago and it's sharp and fast.

Yes like Ed says, motogp race is at an incredibly large size. others seem to be working fine.

Only the mandalika motogp race plays at an incredible large size. MotoGp logo doesn't even fit three letters in the screen. Every other video works

Subscription service not working on MotoGP ROKU channel

Our subscription worked fine Friday morning but now won't play, it says there's a problem with the subscription service. Even the app on my phone won't play videos.

5 days since livestream of Silverstone MotoGP was stopped to a current Videopass subscriber. No explanation or refund.I will not renew this expensive service as I do not trust this to be an isolated incident.

MotoGP.com respond to complaint about Silverstone live coverage not working with "technical issues". Renewal next year cancelled, i will watch highlights free of charge.

I was logged in watching when MotoGP just kicked me out moments before the most important race to me and I am unable to log in again. Shockingly poor from a company that has so much money and that take so much money from us for an unreliable service. What will Dorna do to fix this?

Not only have I as a subscriber been unable to access the live feed due to their pitiful server but the last two Moto GP events have had serious streaming issues. The video feed halting and stopping on many occassions.

I cannot login to my account to watch the race.

Very frustrating, I best receive some sort of refund!

Just about to see the live warm up lap from Silverstone when MotoGP decides I need to subscribe. I have a valid subscription. I will save the subscription next season and watch the highlights.

Same problem as other users - free videos OK but can't access Videopass content (including, obviously, Live Feed of today's British GP). Frustrating!!

Right at the start of the Silverstone main race, the programm was interrupted, trying me i shoulg renew my subscirption, which is impossibe because it is a season pass until next year.

So I said to my friend Johnny, WTF!

Same like all the others... Videopass is down shorly before race start. And that is not the first time this season. And for this MotoGP charges more than 100,- per season... Thats a joke and unacceptable, especially if youre a real fan. This will cost them a lot of money as people will not subscribe again next season.

I think it's the subscription service bit that's failed. You can access the free videos on the website but anything that requires the season pass get the login error from my FireStick or the Website 502 error in the UK

So I get up early on Sunday to watch the start of the MotoGP race and just before the start BOOM!!! Lights out. No race for you. Can't log out, can't log in. I want my money back.

Worked for the Moto3 race, albeit had to try several times. Now, same issue - telling me I must be subscribed and giving error messages when trying to log out or check my account.

Thats me done not subscribing next season will cancel before they get chance to just take my money as usual

Same as other users, gateway times out on login page. No way to login in on phone tablet, multiple computers and one with uk proxy (am in spain) Watched moto 3 this morning no problems and was watching up until 1.58

Stopped working just before race start, now cannot login just get bad gateway everytime, restarted everything but still the same problem

Streaming gave out in the middle of the race. Now clicking login gives a 502 Bad Gateway.

My subscription is current but all content that is newer than Feb 22 2020 returns a 404 error.

Cant connect to your server via Wifi but ok via 4G !!! I have no problems with all my other streaming services via Wifi... only MotoGp !!!! I have been subscribing to motogp for many years and getting very upset !!!
