I am very disappointed. I have used Kizoa for slideshows for years and now feel that they are forcing everyone off of the legacy site. The new program is not at all user-friendly and is geared more to business use vs personal. every time I try to create another issue crops up where I am not able to perform a simple function such as create a collage. and this was after I was assured as a lifetime user that I would have access to the legacy system. sorry will not be transitioning to the new format. so m
I am a Lifetime Premium Member. For over a month now my Kizoa movies will not play om either of the two websites that I administer. I have not received any response, email or otherwise, from Kizoa to my problem report. Anyone have an idea of what is wrong with the Kizoa site?
Site no longer allows me to upload video, music or gifs to my account. I need these features for my video projects and I need them to work properly. I can't complete a project if I can't upload the content. I really would appreciate this matter to be looked into asap and resolved.
When I email a movie from my account the person receiving the email cannot play the movie. The link to the kizoa server is not working. I have emailed the kizoa support team but get no response. I can log into my account, creates videos and download mp4 movies to my desktop. Problem is two weeks old!
Several years ago I naively purchased a Premium membership with Kizoa, believing that this would be an excellent platform for producing my video/slide shows. While I wasn’t looking for sophistication, I did seek a program capable of performing basic editing. What they promised in their introductory preview was in fact misleading: • editing capabilities are poorly developed; • almost every time I attempt to use the program for creating a new video or editing an existing one, I encounter technical new glitches; • each time I make a single edit on the music timeline, the program freezes forcing me to re login; • saved transitions and music mysteriously disappear; • texts appear off-centered; • numerical ordering of my 100 plus saved videos become completely garbled making retrieval a nightmare; • downloading is an endless process. Last year, for four months, the company didn’t answer its phones nor respond to my emails. When I was finally able to communicate with them, I was given the following response: • “we’re in the process of upgrading; bear with us for a few more weeks. Months have passed without any visible improvement: • the number of editing capabilities have continued to disappear; • Kizoa’s customer service in Paris, London and the US are no longer reachable; • should I want to go back to a previous window, I am forced to re login; • I can no longer retrieve many of my completed videos. Many video/slide shows appear to have been erased or gravely altered; • a new message appears on the homepage. “WARNING, due to an exceptional fire at one of the data centers of our supplier, OVH ICloud, some of your photos, music and gifs cannot be displayed in your account. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will do our very best to get your data back online as soon as possible” This is not a guarantee, and the possible loss of year’s of personal memories is more than just an inconvenience. Kizoa falls short of being a professional program and I give it the lowest marks in all areas.

I pressed the button Photo Bank by accident and my Photo Album vanished, how can I get it back. also e mail is a problem . [email protected] Toronto
I am able to open Kizoa but I am not able to save any changes made on my slides...it spins and then says connection problem. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now on and off. It is very frustrating considering I created the same exact slide about 15 times already and finally just saved it as part of my video.
Kizoa has been down for weeks. They were supposedly trying to back out of Flash Player use. I called an 844 number and talked with a rep. He did not say what they were doing and if/when they would return. He told me to try inputting this in the URL address line: www.kizoa.app I have been able to open my work, but I am not able to send my videos to anyone. They took off the email selection for sending. I was able to access an email selection by opening a video to Edit it, hit Save and then select an Invite to Kizoa Email to send. While I get a notification that the email was sent, it was never received. I have not tried to add a new movie or download an existing one, yet. Last night, I called the previously used customer service number. I left a message with my email address and have not had a response. Sadly, I just called the same number again, and it has been disconnected.
The site is a chaos, i can sign in but rarely a button works, cant select a video to edit neither cant cut, kizoa answers after few days on email or even dont give answers. very bad service, the site is more than a week not working, cant even send email anymore its undeliverable. i´m very mad
The program is not functioning. Whenever I select to play the video I have made, a black pop-up screen appears without the option to exit and the sound plays a constant glitch (like when a CD is scratched). When trying to edit a video portion, the editing window appears and the video plays correctly in the small window to the right of the tools, but this is the only place for the video plays. I tried downloading and sharing the video to play it on a different source, but it had the same problem.-- just black and sound-glitching.
I did step 1, 2, 3 did not fix anything - just stays on the screen "loading please wait" very disappointed since I paid for a premium membership and all of a sudden I can't even log into it anymore -- i can't even use the contact us page -- lets me fill out the form but then it won't submit.... :/.
