For the last three days I have been trying to log onto both jpay and securus and keep getting an error message that the site took too long to respond. All my other sites are working fine. Tried calling their 800 number, sat on hold for 30 minutes and finally hung up.
Was in the middle of writing and sending a letter. This is happening so much lately and this is one of the main method of communication for many of us! Fix this! I don’t let telling him I’ll write him something for the morning and then there’s nothing there. Do you know what a let down that can be? Especially for someone incarcerated looking forward to that communication. Smh
2023 02/23 1400 I have been having the same problem with JPay for weeks, it is JPay because I am having no issues with any other site. If you need to add an attachment it simply will not work. It will time out. WEEKS I have needed to get this information to the inmate.

Site has issues and is down more than up over the past few weeks. This is ridiculous. I received 7 email notifications in 1 evening but they were all sent from inmate on different days. I've been able to send 2 messages in the past week and a half but mostly cannot even log in because the page does not load.
Inmate sent video attached to email and I did not get it with email. And when I attach a picture once it uploads the screen goes black and says error . Server connection problem. Been trying for 2 days. I was able to attach one pic to one email. But that was it .
The JPay website (jpay.com) AND the app are BOTH down. This issue has been dragging on for too long. If WhatsApp (a free service) can get its servers back up in a matter of hours following an outage, why can't the PAID-FOR service JPay get their issues resolved after a week? How much longer?
The Jpay app gives the following error message when I log in with the correct credentials: Error Message: Unable to complete the request at this time. Please try again. If the problem continues please call Customer Support at 800-574-JPAY (5729). The website is completely down. What a shambles!
Was able to type a whole message to say unable to send to inmate then tried to retype it and it says not enough characters but it’s not letting me type anything now I can’t even get I. Keeps giving error message sl001 check internet connection I logged out uninstall and reinstalled it and it’s not working uggh
Seems like the servers are down or tech issue. I don't work for them. I just understand how things work. The page wasn't loading, but now is extremely slow. Just wait, it will come back up. Jpay has a habit of doing this from time to time without warning or notice. It's not down b/c I can log in, but with my fiber optic cable at 300 speeds, it's taken over a minute to load the front page. Disruption is my deduction.
I tried to log in but it said that my email address is not recognized. After several tries it gave me an error message that reads in part: "We are sorry, but an error occurred processing your last request. This could be a result of illegal input values." Now its stuck on the error page.
It won't even let me open my J pay app it will not even let me go to the website to log in something It's wrong can you please notify me as soon as possible I have a very important Message that I am waiting on to come through and yet I cannot even get on Jpay to look at it

I get a message immediately saying jpay is currently unavailable...at website for the 3rd day now. I have called jpay and they say it's working on their end. I have not had this issue till 3 days ago. I get on desktop computer, login and it says I can't schedule a video visit, because inmate does not have permission. Everything was working fine till 3 days ago! This is Mother's Day weekend! We need help!
After logging in, the screen reads that I need to update/verify my email address. I clicked on the link, but I can't (shouldn't have to) update my email address because it's correct (for the last 6 years). It balks at entering the same email address. I can't get past this screen... can't get to the page where I can see my inbox, sent, or create a new message. Not happy!!!!

I keep getting the JPay.com - Error page. It will not allow me to get into the home page to attempt to log in. I have cleared browsing history and still the same error. No error number says it will go to the home screen in 15 seconds if not to click here and still same error. Please FIX

I tried to get on both online and app and can't get onto the jpay app so I can write me boyfriend a letter. It shows errors messages about illegal imout values is the app and the site down or what I really need to get back on there and send him some money as well
I was on jpay 4 hours ago just sending my boyfriend a letter and I was going to send him another one before I went to bed and I can't get on the jpay it keep saying error and when I called it show they couldn't assist me at this time I want to know what going on if the app is down or what.
At times I cannot login. Other times the screen has deleted my message while writing it, or iwhilr writing a message has gone to the home page, or one time parts of the message I was writing moved around in the box where the message it written.

Messages not receiving on both sides... And separate issue,downloaded app on new cellphone, my 2021 was suddenly not compatible! And the app downloaded on new phone but can't log in, keeps sending me to find inmate page= inmate already exists over and over again
I have been using your service in Japan for years. And these couple of days I cannot access you. I hit it as usual and it automatically becomes: about blank. And I checked the Jpay World-wide status, it is circling forever. Would you please get me out of this trouble?

I have tried to send text messages since Thursday night nothing has been coming across I sent many messages to my son and I’m not getting any response from him I called the prison and he’s not in any kind of trouble and I’m talking about in the box that he won’t be able to shut up transmit please find out what’s going on with text messaging it’s been already three days in this problem should have been fixed already I send text message and nobody text me back I made phone calls to Jpay and I’m being told that I have to send a text messages The Jpay support team it doesn’t matter I don’t get any response back so please have someone get in touch with me or fix the problem I am very frustrated I’m ready to find another phone service for inmates
The site is offline.....for the last two days....will not load on a variety of browsers and different computes in the Chattanooga area. Cannot access to make needed payments and there is no phone number to reach out to for technical support unless one has an account associated with a specific phone number....rookies
You are showing the jpay.com server is up, but I am not able to connect. I have tried from both my phone and laptop computer with same results. I have tried calling the customer service, but after getting through the menu, the call either drops, or there is an never-ending wait (I am currently still on hold, if the call has not dropped again).
I have been trying to log onto my JPay account all day and it keeps saying there is a connection error. I try logging in on the app and it just keeps loading the log in page. I have tried from multiple computers. I have tried with Internet Explorer and Chrome. All stating jpay.com has refused to connect.
Down in the UK.. Every week normally a Monday the login page wont load...ive noticed every time I send a email it says it hasn't sent as waiting for jpay to respond so I try sending it again and it takes double the stamps for the same email...there is a issue with jpay every single week..because this is s prison emailing system please dont treat us as second rate citizens...we are paying customers.
Jpay.com,is taking... for ever... to load up site... and open and, close... to compose, or reply ,to an email...jpay.com, is either, loaded down with virus, and or trojens... right now...or,there are, too many people... using jpay.com, right now...it took me, 6 hours ,to open my, email, from jpay...and,still... can't compose, an email yet...my other sites , and computer... is more than fine ,right now...check ...jpay.com site... for virus ,and or,you need to, update... this site, for the holidays,time frames...
