The site isn't working. The card doesn't work either

No access to app or online

I was on website - scheduled an online transfer, clicked 'submit' and was kicked out of my account - back out to login screen. Several more attempts to log in resulted in getting looped back to log in screen. Called in and spoke to a representative who stated that the 'system went crazy' No ETA on an uptime. Nobody is accountable. Goprogram is a Chinese fire drill at best.

Can't use my card. Can't access my online account. I am getting an error message that says There is an exception. What is wrong?????

Mine out of ten times I try to access www.goprogram.com it looks like a coding page. I'm not sure why but I enter my used I'd and when I try to get to the password screen it always takes me back to the user id screen. I've tried to log in thru Google and clearing cache and everything. Can you help. Thank you V Phillios

The worst website and APP banking system EVER. Not functional, intentionally designed to you go to ATM and pay fees for withdraw your money.

It will not let me do anything. i keep getting the log in page, i logged in 4 times and nothing happens when i click on bill pay it takes me back to log in. i cannot stand this page its useless.

Lol in page is all code, not able to log in at all. When trying to activate my card it's telling me the log in is invalid, but I've already signed into the app.

Now when I call it says it can't access my account. 1st time of having problems since I've been on it. I didn't have no problems what so ever when It was Eppicard. Always had access on the computer, was able to see my transactions with no problems. This goprogam is impossible to do anything. (Indiana)

The 'Log In' pages seems to be written in 'code' and will not allow entry.

The opening page seems to appear as multiple codings, and will not allow entry.

I have not been able to login since I had to switch my information from EPPICard. My user ID comes up but keep getting an error that my user ID and password are not valid. I tried registering again and keep getting and error that my information is not valid. I tried the Contact Us link and a drop down menu lists states except PA so no way to contact anyone. Go Program kicks rocks, EPPICard needs to switch everyone back.

Have not been able to login since creating a new account to replace my eppicard account. Keeps telling me my password or username is wrong. When I try one of forgot password or username links and enter my card # and cvv it says. Account information is invalid. Unable to locate a customer record that matches the information entered. Can't reach anyone too find out what's going on.

Its not letting me check my account balance over the phone as soon as enter the last 4 digits for my card the help line soon hangs up before saying "we are unable to check your account for you at this moment " then when i went to go and try to log on the main webiste my account was blocked after me trying to check several times because nothing is working

Was told to expect tech support call within 5 days.....no call after 7. Still having login problems. I do not feel comfortable with money on my card with this terrible service. Will be transferring funds to my primary bank ASAP!!!!!!

I cannot authenticate and I have never changed my username or password. The site wants me to enter card number and other private information. I won't do that. Customer Service does not help me resolve the issue. I've been calling them for days!

She stated that the system is currently down and that they are working on getting it back up. She could not give me a time estimation on when it could possibly be back up and running.
