Can't log into my account, says my login info was wrong. I haven't changed my login info and even put a security alert and froze my account a few days ago. Site says representatives aren't available and when I tried to get a verification code using my email and phone#, a code wasn't sent.
Cannot connect. Message says, "Sorry we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. Well, this is a day later and I have the same problem. Stupid recording reset my password without my asking, so I went through that process, but got the same message for the 8th or ninth time. Speaking to a human is next to impossible until I tried another number and pressed the client option. Rep (at least I hope it was a rep with Experian since I was transferred three times) Rep said the message seems to be with the website, if it were the user i.d. or password it would say that specifically. That was yesterday evening. It still does not work and this is the following day. Big fat mess, very little help.
After successful sign in. The site is non responsive . no action from any clicks . [email protected]
