It's been three days and not only is corrlinks STILL not syncing, I still haven't received any response from corrlinks itself. I sent them a message on Saturday. Like many others, I pay for a premier account. Now, it's not a lot of money, but I paid to be able to connect with loved ones, and when nothing is done, for 3 days it's frustrating.
Like several others here, the Corrlinks app on the phone is not syncing with the server, therefore not working. For me since Saturday. I am able to email by heading to corrlinks.com on my computer browser, but it is a pain, and I am not getting notifications that there is a new email on the phone. There are more than 4 comments on this issue.
App has been giving unable to sync at this time error message for 3 days. I'm paying for premium service, can't speak to my daughter, due to laryngitis and rely on this right now. I expect a refund for the days this has been down and believe all of us should receive one.
IVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THE APP SINCE SATURDAY MORNING. IT SAYS SYNC ERROR UNABLE TO SYNC WITH SERVER AT THIS TIME. IVE TRIED DELETING THE APP, RESETTING MY PASSWORD, RESTARTING MY PHONE AND NOTHING WORKS. DOING IT THROUGH BROWSER TAKES SO MUCH TIME AND WE DID PAY FOR THE PREMIER ACCOUNT.
Can’t sync with server This has been going on since yesterday morning (Sat 08-28-21). I can log in on the website page but it’s a pain. I have paid to use the app and expect it to work. Maybe you need to create a new update since the app hasn’t been updated for 2 years. VERY FRUSTRATED! 🤬
You can log-in via Chrome(Google web browser) to send and receive messages, however I am experiencing the same issues with the Corrlinks app ... I cannot sync my messages as other people have mentioned. Again, logging into Corrlinks via Google Chrome browser does work on corrlinks.com .... it is a little annoying but it does work as a last resort on your mobile device/phone. I hope this helps :) :)
It appears we are all having this issue. Go to the Corrlinks website and let customer service know the issue. Hopefully they will see it's everyone having this issue and fix it! Keeps saying unable to sync with the server at this time. Been getting this message since about 2pm EST and I was able to send a message from the website but the error is coming from the Corrlinks app. The last message I was able to send today was at 12:45pm EST
Every single time I use your site to determine how long it will take to get a response from my son, its around 170-250 minutes. I decided to 'refresh' your page last week and it went from 244 ms to 64.3. I kept refreshing and it stayed at around an hour, but no emails. Since then whenever I have logged into your site, it starts by saying anywhere from 3-5 hours...I immediately 'refresh' and it always go down to arpund 62-64 ms. What is the truth? I plan my days, lunches, breaks aroubd your site, but it seems completely unreliable. Thank yoy fir yoyr response.
