Internet constantly is up and down, all day long, for several days now. No help from customer service. I pay $150 a month for horrible service, and as I work from home it’s affecting my job! Searcy AR.

I seriously shouldn't have to pay a bill. Since the Outage on July 10th. Jitter has been over 1k. Love their solution to send three techs and for them to just tell me oh well.
