I'm getting the same error for all ABCmouse programs...502 Error-Not loading. I tried to troubleshoot by rebooting my iPad but now it doesn't load at all. Is there an ETA on a resolution. I see someone else is having the same issue. Thanks

Pages only partially load

Trying to buy a subscription. After paying I get a blue screen with nothing on it. Unable to log in with an account.

Page won't load. It acts like it is going to load then goes to a white page with little yellow designs that you can barely see.

Website is not loading. Won't load while trying to sign in. If I can get the site to load for the login it won't load once I sign in. All other websites work perfectly on my browser.

504 gateway timeout. I got in a couple of times but although it takes me to the home page, nothing loads on it. Very annoying for a paid service. I've had this issue multiple times.

Agreed with KPJ. Had similar disruption mid-class when my daughter was using the app. Extremely disruptive to the flow. I had a similar issue also on March 24 EST at 3pm. Very frustrating.

Seems when the West coast comes on (7:00PST/10:30EST) the site either slows down or crashes. Pages do not load or render on Mac/iPad/Android tablet. I understand that they are slammed right now, but they need to increase server capacity or split servers.

Login webpage is slow and when we do login, the home page doesn't render. Seems like ABCMouse is having web server issues.

Glad I paid for this. Stuck on the ABCmouse screen on an iPad and won't load. Website also down.

Having same issue in Texas. Keeps freezing and logging us out frequently.

504 Gateway Error. Fairly certain that the coronavirus has taken out the mouse. I put $1 on that the site keeps crashing due to the overwhelming amount of parents who are stuck at home with children the next few weeks at least.

Getting 504 error on computer, after hitting log in on tablet it just gets stuck with the loading icon. I did get it to load on the computer about an hour ago, but the mouse wouldn't scroll over the game... making gameplay impossible. It did crash a few times, which is why iI tried downloading onto the tablet. Now I can't seem to get it to load at all.

Stuck at login for over 10 minutes

The main site and the app is not working for me. I have cleared out my cookies and caches but still nothing I have deleted the app from my phone then re-downloaded the app and still nothing. The app keeps telling me i'm offline, when I'm on my home WiFi which is obviously fine cause I'm using my computer right now to send this Email. Why is mine the only one not working. The phone app and the website are down for me. What's going on?

We are not able to get abcmouse to come up on our desktop. However we are able to use it on the ipad...

Site is not responding but all my other internet searches come up. ABC Mouse is the only one not working.

I am trying to print out printables and it will not let me open the different categories in order to select what I want to print. But it does let me go to other areas of ABC Mouse like the zoo,map,fatm, etc. Only the printables os not working right. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps

Abcmouse.com appears to be down. It displays the text content for the child's home screen but nothing else and nothing can be clicked on. Tried to load through two different browsers but got the same result

Website not loading correctly cannot login or contact customer support. Problem replicated on multiple devices.

The text displays but the rest of the images, login window, graphics, sound and such are all inactive which in turn does not allow us to log in.
